Magnet

Ahhhh...Dada....The Magnet.  He gets home usually as we are about half way through dinner.  Despite him trying to enter the house ever so quietly, they hear him, run to the door and jump into his arms.  Every. Single. Night.  Luckily he's super strong and can still hold them both together. Lucky girls. 

Thanksgiving crafts

More Thanksgiving crafts that the girls did in November. 

Turkey Hands are always my favorite. 

Hailey did this one in school.  It says she's thankful for mom and dad in her own writing. 

She took a Turkey craft class through the City in November. 
This is one of the crafts she made.  Pretty cute idea!

Chandler building

This building, on the comer of Frye and Price, has been this way since we moved here in 2006.  It was never finished and went into foreclosure and had a ton of leans on it.  It appears the City has taken it over and we just happened to be driving by on they day they demolished it.  We actually saw that chunk fall.  It amazing now, all the cement, rebar, wires are gone and it's a level field.  They will build offices there now. 

Juicing

The lemon tree had some fruit on it and we had some oranges that we weren't going to eat, so we juiced them.  The girls had fun with the juicer.

Splits?!

More ballet, they are prepping to do the splits.  They are learning the stretches needed to do them.  They are in the purple sweat suits.

Tutoring

Paige is progressing well with tutoring.  She has her good days and her bad days.  This was quite a productive day with her writing these phrases.  Big stuff! 

Thanksgiving crafts

Thanksgiving was a really nice day.  While I get the bird in, my mom helps the girls create gingerbread houses each year.  It's a fun tradition for them to do together.  This year, they really did a great job. 

My Pinterest fail of creating a turkey with a cinnamon roll and bacon for the feathers.  I tried!

They were so excited to get their Christmas jammies this year and have matching ones for their dollies.  My sweetnesses!

Halloween 2014

This is the only picture I got of us on Halloween.  It was such a crazy night with meeting all the new neighbors.  We had a big block party and all attended.  We trick or treated around the neighborhood and then talked to everyone on our culdesac.  I had fun, but wished I had spent more time with the girls than our neighbors.  I'll know better for next year.  We dressed as a lion, cheetah (both hand made by my mom) and a Cat Tamer. 

Music class

The girls are enrolled in Let's Play Music this year.  It's the perfect place for Paige to be and it's all play based.  I caught some pictures at one of our classes.

Fun Fall Fling

Hailey's school has a fun Fall Party each year...along with crazy hair day.  It includes, bounces houses, crafts, and a special visit.  This year they had a fire truck.  Very cool.  Hailey really enjoyed being with her friends and all the fun activities that went along with the fire truck.

Pumpkin carving

The girls did a great job carving their pumpkins this year.  They drew their designs themselves for the first time.  They drew and I carved.  Fun afternoon!

Lunch on the lawn

Paige's elementary school had an afternoon where parents could come have "Lunch on the Lawn" with their kiddos.  Hailey and I joined Paige and her friends for lunch.  The high school jazz band also came to perform.  Very fun afternoon.

These are some pics of ballet.  They were really starting to get their bodies to do all the moves and positions in this class.  It's amazing to watch them grow.
