This is an example of another great reason I really like the Montessori method. They get out one "work" at a time and play with it. On the left they are doing just that and on the right Paige has her "learning mat" out with, yes, with more than one toy on it, but only on the mat, not spread from one end of the room to another. She had created a village. Very organized and thought out which helps them to focus.
