Strawberry Jam

My aunt has been making jam for years.  I made quite a few batches when we lived in NY, but haven't since we've lived in AZ.  (Hmmmm....could I be that I've been busy being a mother?)  My aunt has been in town for over a month now so we decided to make a batch of strawberry jam today.  We actually made three batches.  Paige had fun stirring and eating the strawberries as my aunt showed me her method for canning.  Sooooo much easier than what the recipe says and it turned out great all sterile.  Excited to have started this yummy tradition with Paige and soon Hailey too.  Thank you Aunt Charlene!
