Our last horse hands class was on Sunday.  The girls got to walk a horse with a lead rope.  It was neat to see as the horses leg was taller than each of them.  Hailey could not walk faster than the horse which meant the horse was leading her!  It was such a tame horse though that he stopped for her to keep up.  Then they got the bathe a horse.  They both LOVED that since it involved water.  And finally, they GOT to ride a draft horse!  They rode Jake who helps to pull the hay wagon at Zoo Lights.  The pictures don't do the scene justice in how enormous he is, especially compared to their little bodies. A gentle giant for sure and such a cool experience.  One that Mama hasn't even done and I've done lots with horses.  Lucky girls!!!
