Stuffed Bell Peppers
I have found that if I enlist Paige's help for dinner prep while Hailey is taking her afternoon nap, Hailey will sleep longer because Paige is sequestered in the kitchen and quiet. Paige LOVES to help lately too, so it really is nice. Tonight we made stuffed bell peppers. She mixed the meat up and formed the balls for it to go into the peppers. She did a great job and had fun doing it. They tasted delicious too!
